Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at Mr. Good Vape. We would like to inform all of our customers that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays. Any inquiries over the weekend regarding shipping will be answered at the beginning of the week.
- All orders placed through this web site must be shipped to the address provided in your invoice
- We DO NOT allow will call or pick up of items for online purchases due to security reasons
- Multiple orders can not be combined
- No sales or shipping to Countries, States, Provinces, Counties or Cities where items are prohibited
- No sales or shipping to minors or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors
- All customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws which they reside in.
All items will be packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date you place your order (unless otherwise specified) and will be picked up by USPS or UPS the following business day, regardless of the shipping option you choose.
Shipping days/times are only estimates by the courier and are not guaranteed by us or them. Weather and other conditions can affect delivery times. Invoices are processed in the order they are received. If there were many orders placed over the weekend, then there could be a possible delay in getting your order out.
Domestic orders can take 2 to 15 business days to reach their intended destination and is dependent on which shipping option you choose. International orders can take 6 to 20 business days to reach its intended destination for priority international or express international options. All other international shipping options have a 10 to 45 day time frame. All time frames specified are only estimates from the carriers and are not guaranteed by them or us, Mr. Good Vape
Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit. Since international laws are continuously changing we can not keep up with what is legal to sell to our customers in other countries. It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering/receiving e-liquid/vapor products. If items are confiscated by customs or their shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for the confiscation of such items. Certain items can not be shipped internationally. Also, “ANY” request by customers to alter their international customs invoices will not be honored. All items shipped internationally must be declared.
International Duties and Taxes:
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Damaged or Tampered Packages:
Any customer who receives a package that was damaged during shipping (transit) or if the package looks to be tampered with, must notify the delivery driver or courier immediately. Customers who are required to sign for the package during delivery, must refuse the package if damaged or tampered with, so that a claim can be initiated with the courier. Once you notify the courier or delivery driver, please email us at email@example.com immediately so that we know that a claim has been initiated.
If the shippers tracking indicates that an order was delivered, but no package can be found at the specific address, a replacement order for the exact same items can be sent to you one time free of charge (if the items you purchased are still in stock, otherwise a refund will be given). Please be aware, that you are required to request “Signature Confirmation” for any future orders you place through this website. To request signature confirmation, you can add it in the notes section when placing any future order. Should this happen again and signature confirmation was not requested, the request for a replacement order will be denied and this will be treated as fraud.
Mr Good Vape will make every effort to make sure that all orders outside of the United States are delivered promptly and securely. We cannot be responsible for orders held up or seized by customs for international orders. All orders placed from or shipped outside the United States and it's territories are made at the buyers risk.
